DMA United created a new imprint between Mandela Media and Rizzoli to publish, and globally distribute, elegant coffee table books that represent stories and values dear to the ethos of the House of Mandela. The first imprint, Cross Roads, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Lee Jaffe, tells the first-hand story of a unlikely friendship between two artists in an era where segregation was common across the cultural landscape, including the art world. DMA United produced, creative directed, and designed the book.
